- Plan for the transition to cloud printing, if you haven’t adopted it yet, by working with IT and business stakeholders to understand their timing and requirements. Evaluate options to shift to the cloud offered by your current MPS provider.
- Optimise the digital maturity of document and content management by targeting MPS solutions that can streamline and digitise existing workflows, limit paper printing and integrate with other business systems.
- Reassess the sustainability and security initiatives for your print infrastructure by actively engaging your MPS providers and updating them on the changes that have affected your print fleet during the pandemic. (Examples include more mobile workers creating more security vulnerabilities, and over- or underutilised devices in the office causing increased CO2 emissions.)
